2.2. Pricing: Prices for artworks are displayed on my website and are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify prices and to refuse or cancel orders at my discretion.
2.3. Payment: All payments for artworks must be made in full at the time of purchase. I accept the payment methods specified on my website. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate and complete.
2.4. Shipping: Shipping and delivery options, costs, and times will be specified on my website. I are not responsible for delays or damages that occur during shipping. Shipping is WORLDWIDE but I am not responsible for customs/duties charges. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Return Policy
At the I.D. Shop, I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your artwork, I offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following return policy carefully:
Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
1.2. Condition of Artwork: The artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
1.3. Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Commissioned or personalized artworks.
- Artwork that has been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
Return Process
2.1. Contact Us: If you wish to return an artwork, please contact me at ryan@hortoniconicdesigns.com to initiate the return process.
2.3. Packaging: Safely package the artwork in its original packaging or equivalent protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
2.4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. I recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping method for your protection.
Inspection and Refunds
3.1. Inspection: Once I receive the returned artwork, I will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in this policy.
3.2. Refund: If the artwork is deemed eligible for return, I will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 15 - 30 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.3. Damaged Returns: If the returned artwork is damaged due to improper packaging or handling, I reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount.
Incorrect or Defective Artwork
4.1. Incorrect Artwork: If you receive an artwork different from what you ordered, please contact me immediately, and I will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
4.2. Defective Artwork: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will either replace the defective artwork or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
